On May 13, 2022, the President of Dankook University, Prof. Kim Soobok, awarded a honorary doctorate to Ambassador Dr. Mózes Csoma. The university thus recognized the ambassador’s scholarly work in researching Korean history.
The following guests attended on the ceremony: Park Chul-eon, former minister and chief negotiator of the 1988 Hungarian-South Korean talks; Choe Kyoo-sik, former Ambassador to Budapest; Ryu Kwon-ha, Honorary Consul of Hungary in Korea and former CEO of the Korea Joongang Daily; Jang Siho, former President of Samsung Electronics in Hungary and former director of the Budapest Korean School; and In Ho, former President of KDB Bank Hungary and former director of the Budapest Korean School.
