Wines & Spirits Expo

The Embassy of Hungary has participated at the biggest wine festival of South Korea held in Seoul between the 25-27 April. The Hungarian booth was located in the section designated for traditional spirits, visitors of the booth were offered Hungarian wines and spirits ”pálinka” for tasting.

The event offered a great chance for contact building with Korean importers, distributors and news magazines specialized in wines and spirits. These contacts will have a valuable contribution to future programs and partnerships. Visitors were informed about the 3 market chains selling Hungarian wines in Korea.

The Hungarian booth enjoyed great popularity, especially on the last day where the expo was open to the public. Our colleagues made great efforts to serve all the visitors standing in line for tasting Hungarian wines and spirits!
